SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-7 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@goodgirlthings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location, as our products are sourced from both domestic and international suppliers. Typically, shipping can be anywhere between 2-4 weeks. We will try to do everything that we can to get your order to you as fast as possible, but various factors can influence shipping delays that are out of our control.

Estimated Shipping Times :

Standard Delivery: 8 - 19 business days with flat rate charge of US$5.99.

Express Delivery: 7 - 12 business days with flat rate charge of US$12.99.

Super Express Delivery: 4 - 6 business days with flat rate charge of US$20.99.

Customs Duties

  • Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
  • All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.
  • According to customs regulations, Good Girl Things cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
  • Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.

 

Restrictions

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Shipping address limitations

- APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.

- P.O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.

- Non-continental Europe countries are not supported, usually referring to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.

- The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular areas (e.g., Puerto Rico).

 

Failed Delivery Situation

 

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
